Jimmie Dale Rimer, 54, passed away on January 26, 2018. He was born on March 18, 1963 to Dillard Rimer and Carrie Hinds in Indianapolis, IN.

Jimmie, affectionately known as Jimbo or Slim, was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor, although he had absolutely no filter. He took care of his mother for the last ten years of her life, showing exactly how good of a person he was. Jimmie worked for Bishop International for the last few years and had also driven a school bus for Kaufman and Crandall school districts. He loved riding his Harley and participating in as many toy runs and events that he could. His greatest pleasure in life was his family and those that knew him will forever hold him in their hearts.

Preceding him in death are his parents Dillard Rimer and Carrie Hinds and his beloved rat terrier, Trixie.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 18 years, Regina Rimer; sisters Rebecca Boatman and husband, Larry of Pleasant View, TN and Bernice Garrett and husband, Bryan of Murfreesboro, TN; step-children Andrew Peter and Tammy Milosh; nephew Steven Boatman and nieces Dayla Stuteville and Jenny Bradford; furry companions Sugar Pie and Rosco and a host of extended family members and friends that will miss him dearly.
